To book your flight and secure your reservation, you must make a non-refundable deposit and you must pay the balance before starting any type of training, on the day of your jump.
Based on our terms and conditions, the deposit is non-refundable due to the high logistical costs of a Skydiving operation in Playa del Carmen. Skydivemex does not offer refunds within 48 hours of the activity. Refunds cannot be made under any circumstances within 48 hours.
The maximum weight allowed to perform a tandem jump is 95KG. The physical mobility of the applicant and the body mass index are also important factors. The information provided at the time of reservation will be taken into account and if the information is not true, you run the risk of not being able to carry out the activity, in addition to incurring the costs derived from the reservation.
Kindly note that, it is possible to jump if you have between 96kg to 110kg, but the instructor will have to fit the harness during your check-in and / or certify that all safety conditions are met in order to fly with you and live this unique experience. If your instructor gives you the green light to go fly, an extra cost will also apply.
The final decision regarding the aptitude and attitude of the client to be able to carry out the activity with maximum safety will be made by the skydiving center in Playa del Carmen, its instructors and the safety protocol of the Skydiving center, which must be respected at all times.
Any tandem jump booked through a promotional offer must be completed in its entirety in order to qualify for the discount. If the jump is not completed within 48 hours of the activity, the jumps will be charged at the normal price outside of the applicable promotion on the date of the reservation.
The promo prices are valid for tandem jumps carried out during the promotion period.
If on the day of the jump the weather does not seem favorable to the safe practice of the sport and the activity cannot be carried out, a new date will be agreed upon by mutual agreement. In any case, and even if Skydivemex has not contacted you to cancel or reschedule, you will have to show up at the offices at the time of your reservation since the climate in the Caribbean changes very quickly.
The video and photo recording is done exclusively by our certified professionals, even so, this does not guarantee that the videos and photos will be flawless like 99.9% of the time. Changes in weather and / or weather conditions can cause differences in the quality of the filming and not deliver the expected final result. We will always do our best within safety boundaries to capture all the images of your jump. Remember that both your instructor, the external cameraman and our team work in extreme conditions, and safety will always come first. Your safety is our safety.
